Royal Elastomers, a division of Royal Adhesives and Sealants, was originally founded as the H. V. Hardman Co. a century ago. Then, the first liquid rubber, DPR® was introduced for setting the bristles in paintbrushes: not a revolution, but quite an achievement for the era. Today, Royal Elastomers continues in that original spirit of innovation providing a line of specialty elastomers in liquid and pelletized forms under the DPR, ISOLENE®, KALENE® and KALAR® brand names. These reactive elastomers serve the adhesives, sealants, coatings, and rubber industries as binders, processing aids, and rheology enhancers. Their diverse application in these industries spans a wide variety of products. Our century-plus experience is complemented by the Royal Elastomer team of customer-oriented professionals dedicated to service.
