DPR®, Liquid Natural Rubber, is a performance additive for rubber compounding. It functions as a liquid Reactive processing aid and a reactive plasticizer for highly filled rubber compounds. DPR is used as binder for grinding wheels, brake pads and other highly-filled, wear-resistant products. It is also used as a rheology modifier for lubricants, oils, and asphalt systems.
ISOLENE®, Liquid Synthetic Rubber, is an extender for S-I-S block copolymers and can be cured via the polyisoprene backbone. ISOLENE is used in block copolymer based pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA) systems. It is a reactive vehicle for rubber additives and curatives. Like DPR it is a performance additive and processing aid for rubber compounds.
KALENE®, Liquid Butyl Rubber, is the base polymer and performance additive for the manufacture of moisture resistant coatings, marine and construction sealants, electrical encapsulants, and pressure sensitive adhesives.
KALAR®, Partially Cross-Linked Butyl Rubber, is supplied in convenient pellet form. It is the foundation polymer for single component sealants, caulks, tapes, and automobile sound damping systems.
